Returns & Warranty Policy

Returns Terms & Conditions

Due to the custom nature of our products and builds, Offroad Creative does not accept returns once an order has entered production.

Government weight restrictions and compliance remain the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

All tray and canopy manufactured products are covered by a five (5) year manufacturer’s warranty, which applies exclusively to the original purchaser and the original installation.

This warranty covers all Offroad Creative manufactured components.

Please note:
Third-party supplied products and electrical components such as power systems, fridges, lights, struts, slides, seals, locks, and other accessories are excluded from this warranty. These items remain covered under their respective manufacturer or supplier warranties. Offroad Creative will not be liable for any damage or failure arising from these components. 

Disclaimer: In most cases warranty claims for third-party products cover parts only. Customers are responsible for any associated labour or installation costs.

Terms of Sale

You may cancel your canopy order at any time prior to the design phase without penalty.
Any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including design work, will be deducted from the funds received, and any remaining deposit will be refunded. If incurred costs exceed the funds received, the customer will be responsible for the outstanding balance.

Where possible, amendments to your order may be made during the build process or after sign-off. Some changes may incur a design fee at Offroad Creative’s discretion, as well as any additional material and labour costs.

To cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email info@offroadcreative.com.au with your invoice number and request to cancel.

Please note:
Once fabrication begins, cancelling your order will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
All cancelled orders are subject to a $100 administration fee, deducted from the refunded amount.

Lead times are estimates only and are subject to change.

Damaged or Missing Items

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery.
We are unable to assist with shipments that have been signed for, as signing confirms receipt in good condition.

If your delivery appears undamaged but items are missing or damaged upon opening, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@offroadcreative.com.au.
Include your invoice number, clear photos, and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Warranty

Offroad Creative offers the following coverage:

  • 5-Year Warranty – for all Offroad Creative manufactured trays and canopies products.

  • 2-Year Warranty – for all other Offroad Creative manufactured products (excluding trays and canopies)

All warranties are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Assessment & Eligibility

All warranty claims are subject to assessment and approval at the sole discretion of Offroad Creative. Each claim will be individually reviewed to determine whether it results from a manufacturing defect or other cause.

Offroad Creative reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage if, in our reasonable opinion, the product has been misused, neglected, abused, or subjected to excessive or improper use.
This includes instances where the vehicle or product has been poorly maintained, operated harshly, or used outside its intended purpose.

Warranty coverage may also be declined for damage caused by improper installation, modifications, environmental exposure, accidents, or inadequate maintenance.

While Offroad Creative stands by the quality of its products, we retain full discretion in determining warranty eligibility. All claims are assessed fairly and transparently, considering the product’s condition, use, and maintenance history.

Exclusions & Limitations

Offroad Creative will not be liable for:

  • Neglect, misuse, or improper care and storage of goods

  • Use of goods for unintended purposes

  • Continued use after defects are known or suspected

  • Failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions

  • Incorrect vehicle calculations or product assumptions

  • Consequential loss or damage

  • Regular wear and tear, accidents, or natural events

Modifications or alterations to electrical systems or canopy components may void your warranty.
We recommend that all Offroad Creative products be installed by certified technicians.

Warranty applies solely to the original retail purchaser and vehicle — it is non-transferable.

All Offroad Creative canopy configurations are engineered to withstand a maximum static roof load of 180kg. Exceeding this limit may void your warranty.

For products supplied but not manufactured by Offroad Creative, please contact the product manufacturer directly for warranty support and policy details.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim with Offroad Creative, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email Notification
    Send an email to info@offroadcreative.com.au with the following details:

    • Your invoice number or proof of purchase

    • A clear description of the issue

    • The product name/model and the vehicle it is installed on

  2. Supporting Documentation
    Include clear photos or videos of the defect, damage, or fault if applicable. This helps us assess the claim efficiently.

  3. Assessment & Response
    Offroad Creative will review your submission and may contact you for additional information if required.
    Claims are assessed at the sole discretion of Offroad Creative and in accordance with our warranty terms.
